Questions to ask yourself:
What environments am I interested in?
What personal interests could I explore?
What will employers think of my location choice?
What can I learn if I explore a region less familiar to me?
What other parts of the world speak my second language?
Challenge yourself to go beyond your comfort zone (whatever that looks like for you!)
You will be living like a local - expect your housing to reflect this.
In many cases, no additional language skills are needed to study abroad!
Some programs are taught entirely in English, even in non-English-speaking countries
Some programs require a certain language proficiency
Consider: What other countries speak your second language? (i.e., French in Senegal)
