Virtual Information Session - Greek Agriculture & Gastronomy: A Taste of the Mediterranean

    Learn about this 2-week May program which will travel to Greece. Students will learn how the Mediterranean diet it is a strategy for the prevention of disease and to promote overall well-being. Through visits to industry sites including vineyards and an agricultural cooperative, as well as interactive lectures on topics from olive oil cheese production, students will gain firsthand experience with the Greek food industry and agricultural traditions and their impacts and benefits on Greek life and culture.
