University of Minnesota Students - Log in using the 'Returning Users' link (even if this is your first time logging in), then select 'Login with Google' using your UofM ID and password.

Non-UofM Students - Either create an account (for your first login) or login as a returning user (for all subsequent visits). 
 

Returning users: Log in to continue an application.

First-time users: Create an account to start a new application.
